Class Descriptions & Locations

Outdoor Fitness Bootcamp

Bootcamp is a great way to enjoy all the skills used in personal training, though in a group environment. We have 2 sessions available every week, which last 45 minutes. You can pay upfront for a reduced rate or pay-as-you-go for extra flexibility. Koen will put you through a series of interval style training exercises, including some cardiovascular work, boxing, kettlebell, Vipr and toning exercises. You will work at your own pace but with different levels of difficulty demonstrated for each exercise to help you push yourself to achieve more.

The teamspirit at Bootcamp is great and everyone encourages one another to succeed. It's a tough workout, but good fun too and all participants have seen results, whether it's weight loss, greater strength, increased fitness levels or toned muscles.

Evening Bootcamps: Mondays & Fridays 6.00pm

Where: Cowfold Village Recreation Ground, we meet by the Sports Pavilion

Cost: £7.00 per session or buy 8 sessions for £48.00 (though you don't lose a credit if you can't make it to your regular session). Join at any time. The most flexible boot camp around.

Group Fitness Training

A low to moderate impact exercise class designed for the over 50's. A fun and enjoyable class with a variety of exercises to improve overall fitness, stamina and muscle tone. Suitable for people of all fitness levels as participants will work at their own level.

Day & Time: Monday at 10.30am - 11.30am
Where: Cowfold Village Hall
Cost: £5.50 per session or Buy 6 for the price of 5 @ £27.50

Dynamic Toning Pilates

Pilates is the perfect complement to any existing exercise routine or for those new or returning to exercise. Dynamic Toning Pilates includes all the essential elements of classic Pilates but adds more strength and toning moves along with the core and flexibility work. You will feel like you are doing something! The benefits are many; flattens stomach, tones muscles, improves posture, decreases back pain and injury risk and improves flexibility. A friendly and relaxed class suitable for all levels.

Day & Time: Wednesdays 7.30pm and 8.20pm (45 mins)
Where: Cowfold Scout Hut
