Delicious Nutty Granola
200g porridge oats
50g macadamia nuts
50g brazil nuts (roughly chopped)
50g flaked almonds
50g ground almonds
30g pumpkin seeds
30g sunflower seeds
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
50g butter
2 tblsp of runny honey

Chicken and Butternut Squash Curry
Ingredients: (4 portions)
2 onions
1 red chilli
1 small thumb of ginger
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium sized butternut squash
1 large sweet potato
600g chicken thigh skinned and boned
1 pint of chicken stock
2 tblsp of coconut oil
3 tsp of medium curry powder

Pea and Mint Soup
Ingredients: (4 portions)
200g fresh or frozen peas
1 small leak
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 pint of chicken or vegetable stock
10 fresh mint leaves
10g butter
Salt & Pepper to season

Turkey Burgers with Chinese Leaf Salad
and Mango Salsa
Ingredients (for 1 person)

150g Turkey Breast Mince
1 large red Chilli Pepper
Small thumb of ginger
1 Lime
1/4 Mango
2 x Spring onions
Chinese leaf Salad
1 Large Carrot
1 Radish
Sesame Oil
Rice Vinegar
Fish Sauce (can be bought in a small bottle from the supermarket)
Salt & pepper
Coconut oil (optional

Healthy Cooking Done For You

If you're planning to invite some friends round for a light lunch, celebration dinner party or entertain the family but can't think what to put on the menu, why not consider one of my Healthy Cooking Parties?

After a consultation with you (a few weeks before the event) about who's coming and what initial ideas you have, I will put together a delicious menu for you and your guests to enjoy.

On the day, while you and your guests enjoy a pre-lunch / dinner drink, I will give a light-hearted cookery demonstration, where I shall let you in on a few trade secrets and show you how to prepare tasty dishes all from natural locally sourced ingredients. Furthermore, in keeping with my Healthy Balance view on life, the dishes will be nutritious, seasonal and full of flavour.

After the demonstration, your guests can then enjoy the delicious dishes, safe in the knowledge that they're not going to pile on the pounds!

I will provide a handout for each guest to take away with them, with the recipes, cooking methods and nutritional breakdown of the dishes served that day, so they can cook them themselves at home.

Pricing is done on an individual basis depending on your requirements, but value for money and a great experience is guaranteed.
