Nowadays our lives are so full of commitments, whether they are related to our work, family or home pressures, yet one of the areas so many people neglect is their health. Often people start out on a new regime, like signing up to the gym, but after a few sessions start to find excuses not to go, usually lack of time.

Personal Training with KB Fitness is FLEXIBLE - at a time and day to suit you. Appointments are possible from Monday to Friday between 7.30am - 7.30pm, subject to availability. I can come to your home or if you would like to train during your lunch-hour, I can come to your workplace.
A typical session will normally last for 1 hour, although if your session is to take place at your work and you are restricted for time, I can put together a slightly shorter programme and you can be back at your desk in time, energised for the afternoon!
Your training programme will be entirely personal to you and will depend on your level of fitness, your goals and what you enjoy doing. During our first meeting, I shall carry out some fitness assessments and we will agree on some realistic goals you want to achieve. Everyone has their own motives for wanting to exercise more, whether they want to lose weight, get fitter, participate in an event / competition or for health reasons.
Each session will involve a cardio warm up, then possibly some boxing, toning and conditioning exercises and some weight training. Ideally we shall work outside, although if the weather is dreadful a full workout can take place inside. I will bring all the equipment required for your session with me, so all you need is some lightweight comfortable sportswear, sports shoes, a bottle of water.....and stacks of enthusiasm...don't worry I'll provide the motivation! Some of my client's do have their own gyms at home, so if that's you then I can still train you in your own home gym.
Each week as your fitness levels increase I will adapt your programme to ensure that you're working out at an optimum level to keep the positive momentum towards reaching your goals.
I recommend a minimum of 2 personal training sessions per week and ask you to book in 10 session blocks. If you prefer to work out with a friend, then I offer a preferential rate per person.
